An unsettled and often
windy month with showers and longer outbreaks of rain. Despite there
being quite a lot of cloud cover
temperatures were way above normal. Rainfall was below average, as was the sunshine.
There were some very notable thunderstorms towards the end of the
month as frontal bands moved across from ex-tropical storms. |
